Your watch records.Insight Run explains.
It reads your runs, sleep and heart rate from Apple Health and Strava, then tells you what they mean: how ready you are this morning, what each session did, and what to run next.

The questions you ask, answered from your data
Four moments in a runner’s week, and what Insight Run tells you in each.
Every morning
Should I push today?
A readiness score out of 100, built from your heart rate variability, resting heart rate and sleep, and compared with your own baseline rather than an average runner’s.

After every run
How did that session go?
A coach verdict in plain words: what the session did, how your heart rate responded, and what to change next time. Route, splits and heart-rate zones are one scroll away.

Every week
What should I run next?
Set a race and a target time. The plan builds your weeks around it and adjusts them from what you actually ran.

Any time
Am I on track?
Ask your coach anything about your training. Answers come from your own runs, with the numbers that back them up.

Your health records stay on your iPhone
Insight Run reads Apple Health on your device. There is no server-side copy of your raw health records.
AI coaching is opt-in
When you turn it on, anonymized workout metrics are sent for analysis, never your name, email or route. You can turn it off any time in Settings.
